Recently renovated, this 125 sq.mt apartment is located in the city center, in a quiet residential area. The apartment is on the third floor and the building does not have a lift.
Casa Ariosto offers:

“Casa Ariosto” is located at a central point of the city, making it easy to reach the main tourist attractions. It is about 800 meters from the Estense Castle, 700 meters from Palazzo dei Diamanti, and only 100 meters from Ludovico Ariosto’s house.
Only a few steps from the apartment you can find one of the most beautiful Renaissance streets in Europe, Via Ercole I d’Este. Via Ercole I d’Este leads you to the widest urban garden of the city center, Parco Massari, and also to the botanical gardens. Within a few minutes it is possible to easily reach the old city walls, which are still entirely walkable.
The neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants, pharmacies, bars, and markets and is easily accessible by car. It is possible to park for free in the neighboring streets, there is also, only 250 meters away, the Diamanti car park. You can park at the Diamanti car park at a cost of € 0.50 per hour up to a maximum of € 2 per day, free from 8.00 pm to 7.30 am.
The apartment is also very close to the SALUS accredited private clinics of Via Arianuova and QUISISANA of Viale Cavour. “Casa Ariosto” is located 200 meters from the bus stop of line 6, which leads to the Hospital Sant’Anna in Cona.
